Marcie Schulz
Executive Director & President of RHM, Inc.
Marcie is a compassionate and dedicated professional, serving as the Executive Director and President of River House Ministries, Inc. Her commitment to her Christain faith is evident through her membership in the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) and her pursuit of a master's degree in Christian Counseling, following her graduation from Colorado Theological Seminary. With NCCA board certification as a pastoral counselor, Marcie extends her expertise to positively impact lives. Beyond her professional life, she cherishes time with her adult children and grandchildren and finds joy in sharing her own transformative journey with audiences at various events. Her passion lies in helping individuals recognize their intrinsic worth and the purpose for which they were created in the image of God. Marcie's compassionate spirit extends beyond borders, as she has embarked on mission work in Honduras, led Bible studies, and dedicated herself to Women's Ministries for several years. She remains deeply connected to her home church in Northern Wisconsin, where she resides with her husband, Dave.

Dave Schulz

Dave Schulz: a man who casts his love for nature, family, and faith with a heart full of joy. Dave is the heart and soul behind "Casting Nets," his Lake Superior fishing charter business. With over three decades of forestry expertise, Dave has a unique appreciation for nature's wonders. When not out on the water, you'll find him with his loving wife Marcie and doting on his grandchildren. Dave finds solace in God's creation, whether in the woods or on the waves, where he witnesses the awe-inspiring power and majesty of the Lord. As a devout follower of Jesus, he harmonizes his faith with his passion by singing on his church worship team.

Mia Rampi-Lambertz
Board Member
Mia Rampi-Lambertz is currently a licensed minister of Isaiah 61 Ministries. She works full-time in finance for a local university. Mia has a heart for the lost and broken. Mia has traveled on short-term missions to China, the Philippines, and Honduras and has led several teams on short-term mission trips to Honduras. Mia has trained and run several prayer teams for national conferences. She is passionate about reaching people who do not know the Father’s love.

Patrick Lambertz

Patrick Lambertz is currently a licensed minister of Isaiah 61 Ministries. Patrick has been a non-profit accountant for Praise Live, Union Gospel Mission, and Door of Hope Ministries. He founded Men of the City, a non-denominational men's ministry in Minneapolis, MN. He has led mission teams to Honduras and the Philippines. He is a volunteer presenter for MATTOO; Men Against the Trafficking Of Others. In his spare time, Patrick loves walleye fishing and deer hunting.
